My Lord,
With reference to Your Lordship's Despatch
No. 374 of the 26th July, 1919, I have the honour to inform you that I have no objection to the refund of 840 Gold to Mr.
F. Allen in respect of extra passage money paid by him in the
United States of America, and would request that the Crow
Agents be instructed accordingly.
2.
No refund, however, can be allowed in the
case of train fares within the United Kingdom.
